General information

Cellar - each unit has a cellar FREE of charge. The cellar is permanently assigned to the unit and its location cannot be changed.

Parking space - unit prices do not include the purchase price of the parking space. Always contact the project broker regarding the possibility of purchasing a parking space for a specific unit.

Floor area - the total floor area of the apartment is calculated according to the current legislation (Government Regulation No. 366/2013 Coll.). It is the floor area of all rooms of the unit including load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures inside the unit. The total floor area does not include loggias or cellars.

Internal usable area - the term used in unit floor plans is the sum of the areas of all rooms of the unit (i.e. living rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, closets, hallways, etc.) excluding areas under load-bearing or non-load-bearing walls, extensions and installation cores. The internal usable area does not include loggias or cellars.

Price incl. VAT - the prices in the price list include the current VAT rate and are valid until the updated price list is published. The Seller reserves the right to change the price list at any time, until the conclusion of a binding reservation contract with the interested party in writing.

Reserved apartment - refers to a non-binding unit reservation / pre-reservation with a validity of 5 days. A pre-reservation is not valid until the seller confirms in writing to the prospective buyer that the pre-reservation has been made.
